Air Conditioning Pricing

When something goes wrong with your air conditioner your first question is usually “How fast can you get here?”  And then, a split second later, you really start to panic and your next question is “Oh no!  How much is this going to cost?”

We'd love to be able to answer that question for you when you first give us a call.  The problem is, there's no real way of knowing how much your air conditioning repair is going to cost until we come into your home and analyze the problem.

You see, each house is different, therefore the air conditioning systems are different, too.  If you neighbor had his air conditioner repaired and paid XX amount of dollars, there's no guarantee that your repair will cost the same.  His house may be a single story ranch and yours might be a 2-story with additional living space in the basement.  Each house has a different layout for the ductwork and puts different types of stresses on the air conditioner.

Your neighbor may also have different requirements for the air quality and comfort levels in his home, he might use a different type of filter, and he might even have a completely different brand of A/C system than you have in your home.  There are so many variables from house to house that it's impossible to estimate your repair costs without conducting a physical inspection of your entire system.

However, we will make this guarantee:  We will never begin any repair work without first giving you a written estimate that includes a complete description of your problem and what we intend to do to fix it.  You'll see all of the costs involved in your repair, including the costs for parts and labor.  And we'll discuss all of your options with you so you understand everything we can do.

Before we begin work, we'll ask you to sign that agreement, giving you plenty of time to ask us any questions you might have or even get a second or third opinion.

And if something should happen that we need to deviate from that initial agreement, we'll put it in writing and start the whole process over again.

This written statement is our guarantee to you that we will never charge you more than the agreed upon price, no matter what it takes to repair your system.
